Molding Production and Material Control (PMC) Senior Officer

Overall Responsibilities:
· Enterprise resource planning for molding department, include:
o Manage material planning activities to ensure adequate supply for molding operations.
o Coordinate materials ordering and procurement in accordance with production requirements.
o Oversee material receiving and verification to ensure accuracy and quality compliance.
o Coordinate and process payments in alignment with company procedures.
o Develop and manage molding production plans to meet delivery schedules.
o Manage jobs and work orders to ensure efficient production flow.
o Plan and execute shipping activities to meet customer and internal requirements.
o Coordinate finished goods delivery to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
· Understand the purchasing processes:
o Follow purchasing request procedures in accordance with company policies.
o Prepare and manage purchasing orders to ensure accurate and timely procurement.
o Coordinate logistics activities to support on-time delivery of materials and products.
o Manage and support payment processes to ensure timely and accurate supplier payments.
· Stock control for both RM and FG according to inventory target.
· Supplier OTD/Customer OTD according to company target.
· Understand and assist the production engineers to ensure tooling, product and production time frames are met.
· MRP System:
o Manage and maintain the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system to support production, purchasing, and inventory control activities.
o Maintain accurate master data, including bills of materials (BOM), resource/resource group, andprocurement parameters.
· Acknowledge and respond to e-mails and tasks daily and accurately.
· Manage the daily production priorities outlined by the corporate office.
· Doing the payment after receiving the red INV.
· Carry out other duties from Supply Chain Manager
Requirements
Knowledge, And Skills
1. Problem Solving - The ability to identify problems and develop and implement solutions to issues, collect data.
2. Communication Skills - Can communicate with the requestor to solve the purchasing request.
3. Negotiation
4. Ethics - Consistently uses good judgment when analyzing right and wrong and performs at a level of conduct that is with incorporates ethics guidelines.
5. Excellence in-office application - Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
6. Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred)
Qualification:
1. BS above, 2-3 years of experience
2. Good verbal and written communication skills
3. Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
4. Highly- motivated, dynamic and result- oriented
