Wachter is accepting applications for an Opportunity Engagement Team Specialist to work remotely.
Join our dynamic team as an Opportunity Engagement Specilaist, where you will serve as the strategic engine of our sales pipeline. In this role, you will analyze incoming Salesforce opportunities, break down complex technical scopes—from local electrical installs to nationwide rollouts—and leverage AI tools to fast-track document review. If you excel at spotting key details, routing projects to the right teams, and mastering digital workflows, this is your opportunity to drive our organizational growth.

Opportunity Evaluation & Routing
- Qualify: Partner with sales and operations to match client requirements with the correct internal departments.
- Assign: Route and assign personnel to active pipeline opportunities based on pre-sales criteria.
- Analyze: Read, review, and interpret RFPs, manufacturer specifications, and installation scopes.
- Adapt: Maintain deep knowledge of company organization, services, and evolving technologies.
- Deliver: Manage deadlines and maintain high-quality work under pressure with minimal oversight.
- Organize: Apply a structured, methodical approach to daily data entry and triage tasks.
- Location: Performance-based flexibility to work from home or from the office.
- Travel: Very limited; required only for occasional conferences or team meetings.

Education & Experience
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: 1–3 years working with a systems integrator.
- Preferred: Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or MIS.
- Preferred: Exposure to Physical Security, Networking, AV, or electrical services.
- Required: Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
- Required: Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Required: Ability to analyze technical documents, diagrams, and project scopes.
- Required: Strong problem-solving, data collection, and fact-finding skills.
- Preferred: Experience with technical or proposal writing.
- Required: Valid Driver’s License.
- Preferred: Current US Passport.
