Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the commercial development of our agency and external agent network across Mexico and Central America. This role plays a key part in enabling sales activities, coordinating training and follow-up processes, and ensuring a smooth and consistent experience from quotation through policy issuance.

The Sales Coordinator acts as a central liaison between agencies, agents, and internal teams, helping maintain operational efficiency, supporting reporting and pipeline follow-ups, and contributing to the structured and sustainable growth of the business in the region. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for agency network agents, supporting their commercial activation and strengthening product knowledge and sales capabilities
    Act as a primary point of contact for agents, providing guidance on quotations, products, and sales processes, and supporting them through their first policy submissions and issuance milestones
    Follow up on pending policy requirements and payments in coordination with Operations to ensure a smooth and timely issuance process
    Coordinate internal sales processes and commercial follow-ups to help move opportunities forward across the pipeline

  • Prepare presentations, commercial materials, and documentation to support agency engagement and sales initiatives

  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure consistent execution of commercial activities across the region
    Monitor sales activity and contribute to pipeline tracking, reporting, and identification of process improvement opportunities

  • Support the growth and effectiveness of the agency network by ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience from quotation through policy issurance

 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

  • 5 years of experience in a sales support, coordination, or administrative role

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office

  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
