Position Overview
We are looking for a Commercial Head to lead the expansion and consolidation of our commercial operation in Brasil. This role combines market development, team leadership, and hands-on commercial training. The ideal candidate will not only drive revenue growth and expand our broker and partner network, but also actively develop commercial capabilities across the team. This person will own the full commercial cycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and sales execution. This is a builder role for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and enjoys creating structure, developing talent, and scaling commercial operations.
### What You’ll Do
  • Lead the commercial expansion strategy in Brasil (onshore and cross-border markets).
  • Identify and develop new broker and distribution partnerships.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth through structured go-to-market initiatives.
  • Expand market penetration through data-driven commercial strategies.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop the local commercial team.
  • Define clear performance targets and KPIs aligned with regional goals.
  • Lead performance tracking and ensure accountability across the team.
  • Manage the full commercial cycle: recruitment, training, and sales execution.
  • Design and deliver ongoing commercial training programs for agents and brokers.
  • Coach team members on prospecting, client needs analysis, and solution design.
  • Monitor and elevate individual and team performance through structured follow-ups.
  • Develop high-performance culture within the sales organization.
  • Work closely with Revenue, Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Provide structured market feedback to regional leadership.
  • Represent Olé Life in Brasil with key partners and industry stakeholders.
  • ### What We’re Looking For
  • 6+ years of experience in commercial leadership, business development, or sales management within insurance, insurtech, fintech, or financial services.
  • Proven experience expanding markets and building commercial teams from early stages.
  • Strong background in training, coaching, and developing sales teams.
  • Experience managing broker or agent networks.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong analytical mindset and KPI management capabilities.
  • Fluent Spanish; English is a plus.
