    • Serve as a key day-of contact for vendors, internal team members, event staff, and partners.

    • Travel to support events and activations as needed.
  • Sales & Activation Support
    • Partner closely with the sales team on customer-facing events, activations, and lead-generation opportunities.
    • Help coordinate event materials, sales collateral, giveaways, signage, booth assets, equipment, and activation setup.
    • Ensure sales team members have the information, materials, and logistical support they need before and during events.
    • Support attendee engagement, lead capture logistics, post-event follow-up needs, and recap materials where applicable.
  • Community & Partnership Support
    • Help support CPI’s presence at community events
    • Help ensure CPI shows up consistently, professionally, and positively in the communities we serve.
    • Support the execution of partnership deliverables, including signage, booth presence, promotional items, staffing needs, and event-day logistics.
  • Vendor, Venue & Partner Coordination
    • Track vendor deliverables, deadlines, invoices, and day-of requirements.
    • Maintain clear communication so all partners understand expectations, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Internal Coordination & Administration
    • Coordinate across marketing, community, sales, HR, operations, and other internal CPI teams.
    • Maintain event supplies, swag, signage, equipment, and inventory.
    • Support event-related purchasing, invoice processing, and expense tracking against approved budgets.
  • Post-Event Wrap-Up
    • Help gather event results, attendance numbers, photos, feedback, leads, and key takeaways.
    • Support post-event recaps for internal teams.

What You Bring:

  • 1–2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing support, hospitality, sales support, community programming, sponsorship support, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines, tasks, and event details at once.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with teams such as sales, marketing, HR, operations, and external partners.
  • Strong follow-through and ability to own assigned tasks from start to finish.
