### Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and send communications to couriers (SMS / in-app)

Act as a focal point between couriers, operations, and internal teams

Identify recurring issues and contribute to improvement ideas

Follow up on reported issues and support driving their closure

Support in running courier surveys (NPS / feedback collection)

Analyze results and highlight key insights in a simple, structured way

Organize focus groups and engagement activities

Assist in preparing reports on courier feedback and experience trends

### Job Qualifications:

0–2 years of experience (Operations / Logistics / Customer Support is a plus)

Strong communication skills

Organized with strong follow-up skills

Basic to intermediate Excel skills

Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle operational challenges

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

### Growth & Exposure:

Opportunity to work closely with operations and cross-functional teams

Exposure to experience management, process improvements, and working with data (surveys, feedback, simple reporting)
