Key Responsibilities

• Strategise & Promote: Design and execute comprehensive strategies for promoting our award-winning online education programmes and docu-films.
• Targeted Engagement: Develop dynamic campaigns specifically appealing to individuals passionate about physical fitness, athletic performance, holistic health, wellbeing, and mindful practices.
• Champion Programmes: Deeply understand and advocate for the self-growth principles embedded within our offerings, translating these values into compelling outreach.
• Performance Optimisation: Analyse campaign data to derive actionable insights, continually refining approaches for maximum impact and programme adoption.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work within a supportive team environment, contributing to a culture of shared success and continuous development.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated professional experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in wellness, fitness, health, professional coaching, or teaching.
• Drive & Results: Possess a clear passion for engagement and a proven track record of achieving strategic goals.
• Connecting Skills: Exceptional abilities in empathetic communication, enabling you to guide and inspire others on their personal wellness journey.
• Independent Spirit: Exhibit a proactive and pioneering mindset, eager to explore and innovate autonomously from a remote work environment.
