We are currently hiring a Service Plumber to join our team in Norfolk, VA. This role is ideal for someone with residential service plumbing experience who enjoys hands-on, problem-solving work, excellent customer interactions, and wants a career with advancement potential.

### What You’ll Do
  • Complete plumbing upgrades, repairs and water treatment installations; be efficient and accurate.
  • Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
  • Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
  • Lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
  • Maintain effective communication skills with co-workers and management.
  • Support the team in maintaining a safe, clean and organized job site.
  • Follow company policies and procedures and accurately complete all paperwork and assignments in a timely manner.
  • Keep company trucks clean, organized and maintain proper assigned inventory levels.
  • Participate actively in all company provided training and on-the-job training to master your trade.
    • ### What We’re Looking For
  • Prior plumbing and heating experience with a service company.
  • Service Titan experience a plus
  • VA Journeyman license or equivalent experience
  • Tankless diagnostic and installation experience
  • Sewer and Drain experience (preferred)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, tackle large jobs and execute on-time.
  • Ability to teach and mentor apprentices.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member and pitch in as needed.
  • Computer skills and use of electronic devices for scheduling, invoice creation and communication to staff and customers required.
