Role

We are a high-growth technology company seeking an experienced and commercially minded Investor Relations Manager to lead our investor communications, market engagement, and capital markets readiness activities, shaping how institutional investors, retail shareholders, analysts, and the financial media understand and value our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the equity story, investor presentation materials, ASX announcements, and quarterly reporting cadence.

  • Build and maintain relationships with institutional fund managers, sell-side analysts, and ASX corporate brokers.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all investor and analyst inquiries, ensuring timely and compliant disclosure.

  • Oversee the annual report, AGM preparation, NED communications, and shareholder engagement programs.

  • Track share register movements, institutional ownership trends, and peer company valuations.

  • Provide the board and executive team with market intelligence, peer benchmarking, and shareholder sentiment analysis.

  • Partner with the CFO on earnings releases, guidance frameworks, and financial narrative development.

  • Establish and maintain the IR section of the company website and digital investor portal.

Skills Required

  • 5+ years of experience in investor relations, equity capital markets, sell-side research, or investment banking with direct ASX exposure.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting or executing an ASX IPO or major capital raise.

  • Deep understanding of ASX Listing Rules, continuous disclosure obligations, and ASIC regulatory requirements.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical product concepts for a financial audience.

  • Experience engaging institutional investors and sell-side analysts in Australia and internationally.

  • Existing relationships within the ASX investor and broking community are a significant advantage.
