Job Purpose
The Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Partner plays a crucial role in developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies, enhancing the employer brand, and ensuring a positive candidate experience at Abou Ghaly Motors. This role partners with business leaders to attract, source, and retain high-quality talent while promoting the company’s culture and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with the organization’s goals and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clearly define job requirements and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring process for all levels of positions.
- Create and enhance the employer brand through engaging content, social media marketing, and participation in community events.
- Utilize diverse sourcing strategies to attract those with high potential, including social media platforms, job boards, and industry networks.
Employer Branding Initiatives
- Develop and maintain an attractive employer brand that resonates with potential candidates and reflects the company’s culture.
- Create compelling storytelling content for social media, recruitment materials, and the company website to highlight the employee experience.
- Engage current employees as brand ambassadors to promote the company’s values and culture through initiatives and testimonials.
- Plan and coordinate recruitment marketing campaigns and targeted outreach programs to attract talent from diverse backgrounds.
Candidate Experience & Relationship Management
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from the first contact to onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing them with frequent updates and feedback.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide hiring managers with comprehensive evaluation reports based on competencies and cultural fit.
Data Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to optimize the hiring process, enhance candidate quality, and improve time-to-fill.
- Gather feedback from candidates and hiring teams to continuously improve the recruitment experience.
- Prepare regular reports to assess employer branding and talent acquisition effectiveness while identifying areas for enhancement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing effective recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with experience in digital marketing and employer branding campaigns.
- Knowledge of current hiring trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employer branding.
