Position Overview
We’re looking for an Operations Intern to join our team and play a central role in keeping Condukt running smoothly and growing efficiently. This is a high-ownership, high-variety role sitting at the intersection of recruiting coordination, business operations, and internal projects, while working directly alongside the founding team.
A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to recruiting operations: coordinating with hiring stakeholders, managing candidate pipelines across multiple roles, and owning the end-to-end logistics of our hiring process. Beyond that, the role spans day-to-day business operations, process improvement, and execution of strategic initiatives.

This is a full-time 4- to 6-month internship with a path to conversion to a permanent position based on performance and mutual fit. Start date: as soon as possible.
What you’ll do:
Drive end-to-end recruiting coordination across multiple roles, ensuring a smooth and high-quality candidate experience
Own our ATS (Ashby) as the system of record: pipeline tracking, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
Support business and GTM operations, executing on a range of initiatives alongside the founding team
Own office operations for our London hub and help plan internal team events
What you bring:
Prior internship in a demanding environment - startup, consulting, or similar
Fluent, professional-level English, written and spoken
High energy, high velocity, and a strong sense of ownership - you get things done and hold yourself to a high standard regardless of the size of the task
Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable switching between very different topics without losing quality or focus
A genuine instinct for AI tools and automation: you already use them in your daily work, think in terms of workflows, and look for ways to eliminate repetitive tasks
Hands-on and proactive - you spot what needs fixing and fix it, without waiting to be asked
You have the right to work in the UK
Bonus:
Familiarity with ATS platforms, particularly Ashby
Experience in recruiting coordination or exposure to a structured hiring process
Strong academic results from a top university; background in business, economics, or management is a plus
Prior exposure to early-stage startups or high-growth environments
