As a key member of our Creative Studio, you’ll develop and produce marketing and comms assets across the Fora brand, working closely with the Head of Creative to create work that’s consistently on‑brand, elevated, and effective.

Projects are varied and fast‑moving — from multi‑channel campaign creative and building launches, to signage, brochures, paid media, and event/partner collateral.

What you’ll be doing

Design that moves the business

• Create marketing and sales assets across a wide range of channels and touchpoints

• Align visual direction to business needs — using design to solve problems, not just decorate

Brand guardianship

• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring output is consistently on brand and aligned to guidelines

• Contribute to the evolution of Fora’s creative output and visual identity

End‑to‑end ownership

• Take projects from ideation through to execution — managing timelines and deliverables

• Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and motion creatives
• Work directly with stakeholders to shape briefs, define outputs, and agree delivery timelines

Digital + physical craft

• Design across digital channels: social, email, paid media

• Translate concepts into physical assets: print, vinyls, signage, installations
• Produce print‑ready artwork with expert knowledge of layout, typography and colour

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar design role (in‑house, studio or agency)

• A portfolio showing strong brand work, campaign creative and art direction

• Exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

• Strong project management: able to juggle multiple workstreams without dropping standards

• Confident communicator who collaborates well and takes feedback constructively

• High attention to detail (the “pixels and punctuation” kind)
