Quantity Survey Manager-LD

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a highly skilled Quantity Survey Manager - LD to oversee the quantity surveying activities related to the line design (LD) aspects of our projects. This role involves managing cost control, contract administration, and ensuring the financial integrity of line design projects throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all quantity surveying activities related to line design projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports specific to LD scopes.
• Oversee contract management, including the review, negotiation, and administration of contracts.
• Monitor project progress and costs, identifying risks and implementing mitigation measures.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Evaluate and manage variations, claims, and change orders effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documentation related to line design projects.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the quantity surveying team focused on LD.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi regulations related to quantity surveying and contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in quantity surveying within construction projects, with specific exposure to line design.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Saudi construction industry standards and regulations is preferred.
• Working Experience in PMC/PMO, Consultant Companies.
