Document Control Manager-LD

HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for an experienced Document Control Manager - LD to oversee and manage all document control processes related to Infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an efficient document management system that ensures accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility of project documentation. This role requires strong coordination with project teams to facilitate smooth information flow throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement document control procedures and systems specific to LD projects.
• Manage the receipt, distribution, filing, archiving, and retrieval of project documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and contractual obligations relating to document control.
• Coordinate document control activities between project teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain registers and databases to track document status, revisions, and approvals.
• Train and supervise document control staff to uphold document management standards.

1. Facilitate audits and inspections by providing accurate and timely documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in document control management, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of document management systems and software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, or equivalent).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate with various stakeholders effectively.
• Attention to detail and high commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Working experience in PMC/PMO, Consultant Companies.
