As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you deliver evidence-based speech and language services to students K–12 with language disorders, articulation delays, fluency concerns, voice disorders, and complex communication needs. 💼 Role Overview

You will provide high-quality school-based speech therapy services, including:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations using standardized and dynamic assessment tools to determine eligibility for services under IDEA, Section 504, and state standards
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and 504 plans with measurable, functional, and academically relevant goals
Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services across language, articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication domains
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of student progress, treatment effectiveness, and session data
Collaborate with special education, general education, and administrative staff to embed language-learning strategies across the school day
Participate actively in IEP/ARD meetings and contribute clinical expertise to placement, progress monitoring, and eligibility decisions
Maintain ASHA-compliant caseloads and ensure adherence to state and federal special education regulations

Compensation:

Competitive W-2 salary: $89,000–$97,000 based on credentials, experience, and location

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from a CAPCSD-accredited program
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
Valid, unrestricted state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Proof of immunization status and background check clearance per school district requirements.
