OfficeFt. Worth, Texas89k - 97k USD
Speech-Language Pathologist – 2026–2027 School Year
Full Time | School-Based | Greater Fort Worth, Texas; Red Oak ISD (On-Site)

🌟 Make a bigger impact—and feel supported while you do it.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you deliver evidence-based speech and language services to students K–12 with language disorders, articulation delays, fluency concerns, voice disorders, and complex communication needs. You collaborate with special education teams, general educators, parents, and related services providers to create inclusive, data-driven intervention plans.

💜 Why Speech Pathologists choose Thrive (and stay)

SLPs are the backbone of school-based healthcare. You're managing complex caseloads, navigating documentation systems, and fighting for adequate planning time while delivering evidence-based care. At Thrive, we eliminate the administrative burden so you can focus on what you love: helping students communicate.

We partner with school districts that value your professional autonomy and provide compensation packages that reflect your master's-level expertise. Our SLPs report more planning time, transparent caseload caps aligned with ASHA standards, and direct access to school leadership for advocacy.

“This is the first place I’ve worked where I’m supported as both a clinician and a person.” — Current SLP, Nashville
