Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Logistics Agent to join the Warehouse and Consignment Team in Brooklyn. This role is Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm.

### About the role 🖥️

We’re looking for a hands-on, organized, and reliable Logistics Associate to support our day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring products flow smoothly through our facility from receiving to prepping, to getting them ready to ship. ### What you will do 👜

Help manage the movement of inventory while hitting performance (KPI) targets

Receive and scan inbound shipment into systemLabel, scan, and sort incoming product

Break down and dispose of boxes and waste daily

Problem solve complex cases to deliver best service possible

Flag and communicate operational issues (e.g., shipment delays, missing or damaged items) to the appropriate team or lead immediately

Execute packing and shipping preparation tasks efficiently, following all company protocols to ensure safe and accurate deliveries.

Assist with processing product returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.

Assist with storage preparation, including organizing, labeling, and handling items for proper placement.

Regularly lift and transport merchandise up to 10 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs, using proper lifting techniques.

### Who you are ⭐

A high school diploma (college degree is a bonus, but not required)

At least 1 year of work experience — warehouse or logistics experience is a plus

Strong organization skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once

Comfortable using scanners, computers, and internal tracking systems

Dependable, self-driven, and motivated to meet goals

Works well independently but thrives in a team environment

Great communication skills and solid time management

Detail-oriented with a positive, solutions-first attitude

This role is also eligible for an annual bonus.
