Role Summary

The Card Product Analyst supports the development and optimization of card products by analyzing product performance, customer behavior, and financial metrics. The role provides insights that inform product strategy, pricing, and portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Performance Analysis

· Monitor card portfolio performance including spend, activation, utilization, and revenue.

· Track KPIs such as card issuance, transaction volumes, and interchange income.

Data Analysis & Insights

· Analyze customer usage patterns and spending behaviors.

· Provide insights to support product enhancements and marketing campaigns.

Reporting & Dashboard Management

· Develop and maintain product performance dashboards.

· Prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders.

Pricing & Profitability Analysis

· Support pricing strategy through revenue and cost analysis.

· Evaluate profitability across different card products and customer segments.

Product Development Support

· Assist in business case development for new card products.

· Support product launch initiatives with data analysis and performance tracking.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.

· 2–4 years experience in product analytics, banking analytics, or payments analytics.

· Strong experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar tools.
