### What You'll Be Doing:

Contribute to the development and implementation of global talent attraction strategies;

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles, focusing on high-demand talent;

Actively source, interview, and select exceptional candidates, leveraging innovative tools and methods;

Represent the company professionally as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring an outstanding experience;

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs, culture, and values, and provide strategic recruitment insights;

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize the hiring funnel;

Innovate and utilize technology, including AI tools, to streamline sourcing and selection processes;

Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to strengthen the company’s employer branding and align it with hiring strategies;

Drive initiatives to continuously improve hiring processes, enhance the employer brand, and implement best practices.

### What You Need To Succeed:

Solid experience in full-cycle talent attraction and selection, with proven success in closing senior-level roles;

Exceptional online candidate sourcing skills, using global platforms and recruitment tools;

Data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and leverage recruitment metrics to inform decisions and improve processes;

Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI tools or similar, as part of daily routines in Attracting and selection, recruitment, or other HR activities, including automations and process optimizations.

Strong knowledge of recruitment channels and global sourcing strategies;

Startup/scale-up mindset, with a desire to achieve great results in a fast-paced environment;

Fluent English is a must (written and spoken);

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;

Curiosity and agility to adapt swiftly in a dynamic, high-growth landscape.
