Senior Management Analyst

The Senior Management Analyst serves as a strategic advisor and technical liaison supporting the Bureau of Indian Affairs' mission-critical TAAMS contract recompete and Probate modernization initiative. This senior-level role requires a demonstrated ability to analyze complex organizational processes, develop actionable recommendations, and engage across IA leadership, acquisition, budget, and technical offices. The position is designated Key Personnel and plays a pivotal role in coordinating planning, documentation, and transition preparation across the IA and broader DOI enterprise.
