About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead housekeeping operations within a luxury residential community.

This role is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and presentation of interior and exterior common areas while supervising and supporting the housekeeping team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and committed to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service standards
  • Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of common areas, hallways, amenities, restrooms, and exterior spaces
  • Perform and assist with tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, dusting, and sanitizing
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are maintained
  • Maintain cleaning supplies, storage areas, and inventory levels
  • Ensure proper use of cleaning products and compliance with OSHA and safety standards
  • Respond to emergency cleanups and prioritize work orders as needed
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly
  • Foster a professional, positive, and service-oriented environment for residents and team members

Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in housekeeping, hospitality, luxury residential, hotel, or similar environments is highly desirable.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 5+ years of housekeeping experience, preferably in residential, hospitality, or luxury communities
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional attitude with strong customer service and communication skills
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends or holidays as needed
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
