About Us

Founded in 2013, Almero Student has grown steadily to become a trusted name in student accommodation across the UK. Our mission is to build strong relationships with our students by providing safe, affordable, and well-managed living spaces where they can study, sleep, make friends, and enjoy the culture of their chosen city.

With over 2000 rooms throughout the UK, we operate in key cities including Bristol, Oxford, London, Exeter, Leeds, Manchester, Nottingham and Birmingham offering a variety of affordable, well-managed accommodation while providing the highest standards for students.

The Role

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will support the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of two student accommodation properties, acting as a key point of contact for residents, visitors, and stakeholders. You will play a central role in delivering outstanding customer service, with a strong focus on the safety, wellbeing, and overall student experience of our residents.

Workly closely with the Property Manager, you will help ensure the properties consistently meet operational, service, and performance objectives. This includes supporting the preparation of regular reports and updates, identifying opportunities for improvement, and assisting in the implemention of policies and procedures that uphold and enhance the Almero Student brand.

Our aim is to provide best-in-class experiences for student residents living in our communities. We do this by putting people first—both our residents and our employees. We believe in investing in our people through training and support, generous employee benefits, and opportunities for career advancement by growing throughout our portfolio.

This is a full-time position, requiring 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm, including a one-hour unpaid lunch break.
