Devsinc is looking to hire a motivated Associate Software Engineer – Data+AI with strong fundamentals in programming, AI/ML, and data systems. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career engineers who want to build production-grade AI applications, backend services, and scalable data pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in building and deploying AI/ML models, LLM-powered applications, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Support development of RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, and AI inference systems.
- Build and maintain Python-based APIs, backend services, and microservices.
- Assist in developing ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformation workflows.
- Work with databases, cloud platforms, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines under senior mentorship.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.
- 1+ year of professional work experience in AI/ML, backend, or data engineering.
- Strong fundamentals in Python, SQL, OOP, DSA, and databases.
- Basic knowledge of Machine Learning, NLP, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, or vector databases.
- Exposure to PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, Git, Docker, or cloud platforms is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and learning mindset.
