Interface Manager

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Interface Manager to manage and coordinate interfaces between various project disciplines, subcontractors, and stakeholders. The successful candidate will ensure seamless communication and integration across all project segments, facilitating effective collaboration to avoid conflicts and delays. This role is critical in maintaining project alignment, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage interfaces between different disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify, assess, and resolve interface conflicts or issues promptly.
• Maintain interface documentation, including interface matrices, registers, and logs.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams to ensure alignment of activities and schedules.
• Monitor and track interface progress, escalating issues as necessary to senior management.
• Support project managers in planning and execution by providing interface-related insights and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and project requirements regarding interface management.
• Conduct regular interface meetings and report on interface status and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in interface management or related roles within construction or engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of project coordination, interface processes, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with infrastructure or large-scale construction projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in relevant project management and communication tools.
