Recruitment Specialist

Astra ProMed is looking for a motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and attracting top talent to meet the staffing needs of our healthcare organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience in talent acquisition within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing methods such as job portals, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and recruitment best practices.
• Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with labor laws and hiring regulations in the UAE.
