Riplo was founded by ex-McK / BCG / DeepMind / Hg founding team, and emerged from stealth in March 2026 with $3.1M in pre-seed funding led by Cherry Ventures, joined by Blue Lion Capital, partners from McKinsey and BCG, the founders of QuantumBlack, and angels from OpenAI, Apple, Goldman Sachs, and Hg Capital.

What you might do

You don't need to fit a posting - but it helps to know what kinds of work we tend to be hiring toward. Roles typically land in one (or more) of:

  • Engineering. Founding product/full-stack engineers and AI engineers. Multi-step agentic systems, evals, reliable inference, interactive product surfaces.

  • Product and design. Translate consulting tradecraft into product surfaces experts trust with their highest-stakes work.

  • Go-to-market. Founder-led sales, customer success, and partnerships across consulting firms and adjacent professional services.

  • Strategy and operations. Founder's-office work - fundraising support, hiring, BD, ops scaffolding, and the hundred things that have no owner yet.

  • Research and domain. Former consultants, IB / PE operators, or applied AI researchers with deep professional-services context.

Who we're looking for

  • Exceptional ability. You've demonstrated excellence - academically, professionally, or otherwise. We hire from a small range of profiles, but we hire from the top of those ranges.

  • Extreme ownership. You see gaps. You fill them. You don't wait to be told.

  • Bias to action. You'd rather ship a 90% solution this week than a perfect one next month.

  • High comfort with ambiguity. The role isn't fully defined. The product isn't fully defined. The category isn't fully defined. That's the point.

  • Sharp written and verbal communication. Your work output doesn't need editing.

  • Fluency with modern AI tools. You use them everywhere to accelerate your work, not as a novelty.

  • Conviction about the mission. You've thought about why now is the moment for AI to change knowledge work, and you want to be in the room when it does.

  • Fluent English.
