As a Principal Data & Analytics Consultant, you will be part of a fast-paced environment helping clients solve complex issues and delivering exceptional results. The primary responsibility will be leading data analytics teams in improving processes, solving complex business problems, managing team development, and delivering results based on client strategic business objectives. You will constantly bridge the gap between technical experts and operational and functional experts including senior leaders, frontline managers, finance, HR, sales, marketing, and supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Align: Work with leaders to define success and prioritize business problems that will lead to high business impact when solved.
- Engage: Dig in with business leaders and data teams to uncover core problems, leading with curiosity and humility to unearth issues related to data and how analytics is used.
- Design: Lead clients through a human-centered design approach to problem solving, collaborating closely with combined client teams.
- Execute: Manage complex data & analytics programs and projects with a hyper focus on delivery excellence.
- Lead: Whether you have direct reports or project reports, proudly mentor and develop elite talent.
- Sustain: Equip teams with an actionable plan for using data more effectively, resulting in deeper insights, data-informed decisions, and an elevated culture of applying analytics.
- Business Development: Own existing client relationships and establish new ones.
- Client Resolution: Proficient at recognizing and diagnosing client problems.
- Relationship Building: Proactively cultivate and expand your professional network.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in data & analytics, enterprise data management, ERP transformation, or SAP programs.
- 5+ years leading data analytics teams, Master Data Management initiatives, or Data Governance programs in manufacturing environments.
- 3+ years leading technical teams through data & analytics implementation projects including solution architecture, cloud platform deployment, and data modeling.
- Strong experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA master data structures and migration considerations.
- Working knowledge of core manufacturing business processes, including: Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Produce, Record-to-Report
- Experience leading large-scale cross-functional transformation programs.
- Knowledge of enterprise data governance frameworks and operating models.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Comfort handling ambiguity and managing multiple assignments.
- Track record of successfully fostering client account growth and development.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP MDG or other enterprise master data management platforms.
- Hands-on experience with data quality and governance tools such as Informatica, Syniti, Profisee, Reltio, Collibra, or Microsoft Purview.
- Experience supporting greenfield or brownfield SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Familiarity with modern analytics ecosystems including Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Background in manufacturing data domains including product lifecycle, inventory management, and supply chain planning.
- 2+ years as a professional consultant or 5+ years in an internal consulting capacity.
- PMP, SAP, DAMA, or Data Governance certifications are a plus.

Benefits
The estimated salary range for this role is $123,000-212,000 annually, based on a wide array of factors including skillset, years of experience, and role scope. Compensation may vary by location. Bonuses and other incentives are awarded at the Company’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall company performance.
