About The Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Associate Business Development to generate new business opportunities and contribute directly to revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, target-oriented, and eager to build a strong foundation in B2B sales. You will focus on identifying potential clients, qualifying opportunities, and supporting deal progression—playing a critical role in feeding the sales pipeline and converting opportunities into revenue.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute daily outbound and inbound prospecting activities
- Identify and qualify potential clients based on business needs and fit
- Initiate conversations, conduct basic discovery, and schedule meetings
- Present Amoda’s solutions clearly and confidently to prospects
- Drive consistent follow-ups to maintain pipeline momentum
- Maintain accurate CRM data and track all sales activities
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication skills with a commercial mindset
- Highly proactive, disciplined, and target-driven
- Comfortable with high activity levels and performance tracking
- Eager to learn, improve, and grow into a higher sales role
