Engineering Staff (Champa Office)

PT. Midplaza Prima is seeking diligent and skilled Engineering Staff to support the Engineering team at the Champa Office. The Engineering Staff will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and operation of building systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role involves monitoring, inspecting, and addressing engineering-related issues under the supervision of the engineering manager or chief engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Perform work related to the following electrical systems and equipment:
• Transformer, MV & LV Panels
• Reverse Osmosis System
• Deep Well Monitoring System
• Cooling Tower
• Chiller
• Generator System
• Internal Training Programs
• Tenant Projects
• FDB & MCC Panels
• Capacitor Bank
• Outdoor Lighting
• Sewage & Pit Pumps
• Carry out repair and maintenance work while assisting in ensuring that all building systems and equipment function properly and are maintained in accordance with established standards.
• Record and report any technical issues to the superior while actively participating in resolving the problems.
• Always maintain the safety of the surrounding environment and personnel within the work area, as well as personal safety while performing duties.
• Assist in ensuring that all maintenance schedules for systems and equipment are carried out on time.
• Perform duties properly and ensure the work area is clean and organized after completion of work.

Requirements

• Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in building maintenance or engineering.
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems such as chillers, generators, electrical panels, cooling towers, and pumps.
• Able to perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of technical equipment.
• Good understanding of occupational health and safety procedures (K3).
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Disciplined, responsible, and possess strong initiative in carrying out duties.
