Production Quality Specialist (Gloves Products)

Requirements

• You are active, dynamic and energetic
• You are a sport enthusiast,  you practice your passion sport
• Have a strong leadership & great sense of responsibility
• You are passionate about production as well as the management of industrial projects
• You have a good ability to work in a team
• You are ready  to travel to production sites & willing to work on the field.
• Fluent in English is a must, its an advantage if you speaking French
• You are willing to based in Semarang City, Indonesia

Responsibiliteis

• Lead and manage our manufacturing supplier to respect our quality requirements
• Define, implement, and manage quality control plan to ensure processes and procedures meets with quality standard
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk  mitigation plans.
• Facilitate and lead meetings to drive quality initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable quality standards and regulations respecting by our supplier
• Collect and analyze data to identify and solve quality problems.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
