Tile Sstter

Aureol Global Connections is currently seeking a skilled Tile Setter to join our professional team. The Tile Setter will be responsible for preparing surfaces and installing various types of tiles accurately and efficiently in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail will ensure high-quality finishes that meet client expectations and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean surfaces prior to tile installation to ensure proper adhesion.
• Measure, cut, and lay tiles accurately following design patterns and project requirements.
• Apply adhesives, grouts, and sealants correctly to secure tiles and provide a finished look.
• Inspect installed tiles for quality and consistency, addressing any imperfections.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other tradespeople to complete projects on time.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tile Setter or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of tile types, installation methods, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layout plans.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and work in various positions.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices on job sites.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
