Assist in the delivery of classroom and on-road training sessions.
Prepare training materials and equipment for sessions.
Facilitate group discussions and answer questions from trainees.
Conduct on-road assessments to evaluate driver skills and identify areas for improvement.
Provide feedback and coaching to drivers to enhance their performance.
Document assessment results and share feedback with the training team.
Provide ongoing support to drivers, answering questions and resolving issues.
Assist drivers with technical difficulties and app usage.
Maintain accurate records of training attendance and performance.
Prepare training reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Assist with the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, venue booking, and equipment preparation.
Adhere to company policy and procedures.
Achieve or exceed targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of experience in training, customer service, or a related field.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience and empathy
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good organizational and time-management skills
