1. Community Leadership & Engagement
- Empower and support the community structure and its designated leaders.
- Align operations with company policies, programs, and performance targets.
- Act as the primary liaison between management and the community to ensure operational synergy.
- Disseminate official updates and directives with clarity and consistency.
2. Performance Monitoring & Coaching
- Analyze community performance metrics (e.g., activity rates, cancellations, ratings, and KPI compliance).
- Acknowledge top performers and provide targeted coaching for those requiring improvement.
- Drive training and development initiatives to elevate overall community standards.
3. Community Support & Case Handling
- Resolve community concerns with speed, empathy, and professionalism.
- Streamline assistance requests by coordinating effectively with relevant departments.
- Synthesize community feedback into actionable insights for the management team.
4. Program Design & Execution
- Conceptualize and launch welfare, engagement, and productivity programs.
- Facilitate inter-departmental projects that require community mobilization.
- Oversee incentive programs and rigorously monitor their ROI and effectiveness.
5. Competitor & Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor shifts and track community sentiment to anticipate market trends.
- Deliver data-driven recommendations to guide strategic decision-making.
6. Governance & Compliance
- Enforce strict adherence to company policies and operational standards.
- Identify operational gaps and propose proactive, actionable solutions.
- Provide strategic input on new programs and budgets, pending formal authorization.
7. Continuous Improvement
- Adopt industry best practices and share knowledge internally to foster a culture of learning.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to remain at the forefront of the field.
- Execute special projects and high-priority initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of any related course
- 3+ years experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Computer literate, experience in google sheets, docs and forms.
- Good Communication Skills, computer literate, experience in google sheets, docs and forms.
- Willing to work beyond his regular working hours if necessary, can perform other department processes with less supervision.
