Working Hours & Conditions: Aligned with Australian hours; full-time (remote)
OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a "one-stop-shop" Social Media Manager who is as creative as they are results-driven. This is a fully remote role designed for a "hungry" digital native who can take raw financial deal data and transform it into high-impact video content that generates leads. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Video-First Content Management: Manage and grow Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, while leading the launch of our TikTok channel. Note: We have a strict "no still image" policy—all content must be video, animation, or feature music/voiceovers.
- Lead Generation & Performance: Drive "Scenario Leads" and "Application Leads" through organic content and paid media advertising. You will be expected to track performance against these KPIs monthly.
- Forward Planning: Maintain a strict content schedule, planning 3 months in advance and submitting all finalized posts for approval 30 days before publication.
- Multi-Channel Marketing: Assist with broker marketing emails and the creation of a monthly newsletter.
- Creative Assets: Design and produce professional investor presentation packs (PowerPoint) and digital E-books to support capital-raising efforts.
- Coordination & Storage: Arrange for local video captures in Sydney when necessary and maintain a meticulous library of all raw files, system passwords (Appollo/Bravo), and marketing assets.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Proven track record in social media management and high-end video editing. Experience in the finance or lending space is essential.
- Technical Skills: Expert in video editing software and comfortable navigating CRM/Marketing systems (Apollo and Bravo experience is a plus).
- Analytic Mindset: Ability to provide monthly reports that explain the "why" behind successes or declines in engagement and leads.
- Attributes: You must be highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive under a demanding leader with high expectations. A sense of humor is a must!
