End to end Saturation Support Assistant (Content Moderation)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end handling of saturation listings, including Detection, Cleansing, Investigation, and Categorization.
  • Identify and detect saturation listings across multiple e-commerce and online platforms.
  • Conduct thorough cleansing and investigation of detected listings to determine whether they are counterfeit or legitimate, in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Accurately categorize each listing and ensure all relevant information is properly documented and reported to the client.
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with the client regarding findings, updates, and clarifications.
  • Ensure that weekly Saturation Detection outputs are processed and completed within the required timeline.
  • Perform Cleansing, Investigation, and Categorization tasks efficiently using the Unified
  • View system to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion.

Requirements

  • ATLEAST 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE AS A CONTENT MODERATOR
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Has experience in back-office / data entry work
  • Has experience in repetitive work
  • Has experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of databases
  • Must be capable of performing Detection, Cleansing, and Investigation tasks
  • Must possess good communication skills, both written and verbal
