UI UX Designer

Octal Philippines Inc. is looking for a talented UI UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience of our digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create designs that meet business goals and user needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centered design, has a strong eye for detail, and stays updated on the latest design trends and technologies.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
3. Strong coding skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
4. Experience in responsive and adaptive design principles.
5. Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
6. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
