Software Engineer III - (Front End)

• Design and build scalable, modular components in ReactJS + Next.js (SSR/CSR), working closely with our frontend platforms.
• Implement and manage Redux for stage management.
• Develop reusable UI with TailwindCSS and ShadCN for consistency and accessibility.
• Integrate real-time features using WebSockets for live updates and notifications.
• Build interactive data visualizations with Chart.js (via react-chart.js-2).
• Implement robust form handling with React-Hook-Form, including validation and complex form states.
• Maintain and extend WordPress sites.
• Write technical documentation specific to FE.
• Perform other functions relevant to the position and/or as directed by the immediate superior or management team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in ReactJS + Next.js (SSR/CSR)
• Production experience in Redux for state management
• Hands-on experience in TailwindCSS and ShadCN
• Production experience in building real-time front end features (e.g. WebSockets)
• Production experience in React-Hook-Form
• Can write technical documentation specific to FE
