Be part of our fast-growing E-Commerce (MakroPro) team, driving digital business through category management, marketplace (3P), and online customer growth. This role is ideal for talents who are passionate about digital commerce, marketplace, and data-driven business:

  • Support management of online category and assortment, ensuring product availability, pricing accuracy, and content quality
  • Analyze performance data (traffic, conversion, sales) to identify growth opportunities and improvement areas
  • Assist in managing Marketplace (3P sellers), including onboarding, product listing, and performance tracking
  • Support execution of online campaigns, promotions, and merchandising activities
  • Coordinate with Tech and Operations teams to ensure smooth platform functionality and order fulfillment
  • Contribute to O2O initiatives, connecting online demand with offline fulfillment and sales
  • Support buyer acquisition and customer growth initiatives, including campaign support and performance tracking
  • Monitor key metrics and prepare reports and insights to support business decisions

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or 0–2 years of experience
  • Strong interest in E-Commerce, digital platforms, or marketplace business
  • Analytical thinking and comfort working with data
  • Creative mindset with ability to solve business problems
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in Thai and English
