📍 Location: Yankton, SD
💰 Pay: $78,000 – $98,000 (based on experience) + bonus opportunities

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Yankton, SD is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) who is looking to build a meaningful career in a patient-centered outpatient environment.
This role is ideal for clinicians who value hands-on care, professional development, and a supportive team culture, while working within a structured clinical model designed to support long-term growth and patient success.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy care
- Educate patients on recovery, mobility, and injury prevention
- Track patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team

What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or license eligible) in South Dakota
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
