Located in the heart of Murfreesboro, our outpatient clinic specializes in balance, vestibular, neurological, and personalized rehabilitation, giving you the opportunity to expand your clinical skillset while developing leadership experience in a supportive, team-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy care
• Serve as a mentor and clinical resource for team members
• Collaborate with leadership to drive clinic success and growth
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness
• Help foster a positive, patient-centered clinic culture

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Tennessee
• Demonstrated leadership or mentorship ability
• Strong work ethic with an ownership mindset
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for clinical and professional growth
