Liven is a product company building a self-discovery companion.

We believe self-discovery is a lifelong journey — so we're developing an ecosystem of products that makes this journey clear, enjoyable, and engaging: bite-sized courses, a mood tracker, an AI companion, a routine builder, well-being tests, and much more to come. On a practical level, we help people understand themselves better.

Since 2023, we've grown from a small startup to a team of 150+ specialists and are actively scaling. But with every new stage, we hold onto what matters most: a living culture where everyone can launch their own ideas and shape the product. What awaits you as a Data Analyst:

— Identifying potential business growth opportunities by analyzing data and turning it into valuable insights; — Improving product elements based on metrics and A/B test results; — Automating analytics processes, building ELT pipelines, and creating analytical dashboards; — Implementing solutions for process automation and optimization.

What matters to us:

— Solid knowledge of mathematics and statistics; — Confident command of SQL, BI tools (Tableau), Excel / Google Sheets; — Strong analytical skills, well-developed critical thinking and communication skills; — Ability to keep the big picture in mind while diving into the details; — Ability to learn quickly and deliver results; — English level B1 or above.

Nice to have:

— Experience conducting A/B tests; — Experience with Python, Git; — Understanding of marketing / product metrics and the relationships between them.
