Corporate Event Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will be the primary relationship owner for our partner organizations — guiding them from initial onboarding through live event execution. You'll combine platform expertise, proactive communication, and hands-on event coordination to ensure every conference runs smoothly for organizers, attendees, and sponsors alike.

Key responsibilities

Customer onboarding & platform support

Lead platform onboarding sessions for new customers, walking them through how to plan and manage conferences or events on BehaviorLive/OkWhen. Provide continuous support — including troubleshooting and best practices — throughout the entire planning cycle.

Pre-event coordination

Own pre-conference logistics end-to-end: badge creation, schedule reviews, event app updates, and attendee communications. Collaborate closely with AV teams, internal staff, and event organizers to ensure every setup detail is dialed in before the doors open.

Live event support

Manage live streams in real time — handling start/stop, troubleshooting, support chat, and ticket resolution. Provide on-site assistance with registration and any platform-related needs as they arise throughout the event.

Sponsor & vendor management

Build and manage sponsor stores within the platform, ensuring seamless sponsor participation and engagement before and during each event.

Continuing education & post-event follow-through

Support organizations in tracking and verifying CEU credits. Follow up post-event to resolve any outstanding tickets or issues and ensure a smooth close to every engagement.

Full-service event planning

For clients who need it, offer comprehensive event planning support — including venue selection, food & beverage, speaker logistics, travel coordination, and marketing assistance.

Process improvement

Continuously refine internal workflows and documentation for event support to improve both team efficiency and the customer experience.

Requirements

Exceptional communicator

Highly organized

Strong problem-solver

Thrives under pressure

Passion for events

Comfortable with evening/weekend availability

3+ years of experience in event planning or a related field

Experience in Canva, Zendesk, and CVENT preferred

This role is a great fit for someone who loves the energy of live events, takes pride in building strong client relationships, and genuinely enjoys solving problems on the fly. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
