As a Cloud Engineer in our Managed Services team, you’ll play a key role in designing, delivering, and supporting secure and scalable cloud solutions for our clients. You’ll work across Microsoft Azure, M365, AVD, and hybrid environments, providing hands-on engineering expertise while ensuring outstanding service delivery.

Having an existing NV1 security clearance is required for this role.

Requirements

White Label Managed Services Team

We are looking for a motivated and technically capable Level 2/3 Cloud & Systems Engineer to join our White Label Managed Service team supporting a range of enterprise and government clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, working across modern Microsoft cloud environments, and building long-term capability across infrastructure, automation, and security technologies.

You will work closely with senior engineers, service delivery teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to deliver operational support, project work, continuous improvement initiatives, and cloud-focused solutions across multiple customer environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Work across a broad range of enterprise and government customer environments.
  • Design, deploy, support, and maintain secure and scalable cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure and related technologies.
  • Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 operational support across ICT systems and services.
  • Troubleshoot and manage technologies including:
    • Active Directory & Azure AD / Entra ID
    • Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
    • Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online/Hybrid)
    • Windows Server and core infrastructure services
  • Manage incidents, requests, problems, and changes in line with ITIL practices.
  • Own technical issues end-to-end from investigation through to resolution while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.
  • Support onboarding, migrations, environment uplift activities, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Implement and maintain infrastructure as code solutions using Terraform, Bicep, or similar tooling.
  • Monitor, optimise, and maintain system availability, security, performance, and compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Contribute to documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and operational standards.
  • Research and recommend service improvements, automation opportunities, and emerging technologies.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience working as a Cloud Engineer, Systems Engineer, or within a Level 2/3 ICT support role.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working within Managed Services, enterprise, or government environments is highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with ITSM and ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, Ivanti, or similar.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Eligibility to hold or obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance.

Desirable experience or knowledge includes:

  • Microsoft Azure
  • Microsoft Fabric
  • Microsoft 365
  • Windows Server environments
  • On-premises and hybrid infrastructure environments
  • Infrastructure as code technologies such as Terraform or Bicep
