We are hiring on behalf of our client for Danish-speaking Customer Experts to represent Mercedes-Benz, one of the most respected automotive brands in the world. You’ll be the voice of a premium brand, helping Danish-speaking customers with their questions and ensuring every interaction reflects the quality Mercedes-Benz stands for.

Your Role

As a Customer Expert, you will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them across phone, email, and chat.

You will:

  • Represent Mercedes-Benz in a professional and customer-focused way
  • Provide information about products, services, and vehicle-related topics
  • Handle customer questions and resolve issues efficiently
  • Deliver a seamless and premium customer experience
  • Turn challenging situations into positive brand experiences

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who combines communication skills with genuine interest.

You:

  • Speak Danish fluently
  • Have very good English skills (written & spoken)
  • Have at least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Have a strong passion for cars (a big advantage!)
  • Communicate clearly and confidently
  • Enjoy problem-solving and taking ownership
  • Are comfortable with technology and learning new systems
  • Bring a positive, service-minded attitude
