The Role
Digital partners drive a huge share of merchant acquisition for MONEI. Our partner ecosystem spans the platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Adobe Commerce, and others), the agencies that build on them, and the SaaS and tech partners that plug MONEI into their own products via MONEI Connect and our payment orchestration layer.
As Partner Manager for the Digital E-commerce segment, you'll own these relationships end-to-end: recruit new partners, activate them, and drive partner-sourced revenue across Southern Europe. A big part of the conversation is showing partners how MONEI lets their merchants accept the payment methods their shoppers actually use locally — Bizum, cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Multibanco, and more — through a single integration.
What You'll Do
Own MONEI's digital partner portfolio: agencies, e-commerce platforms, ISVs, and tech partners across Southern Europe.
Recruit, onboard, and activate new partners aligned with MONEI's ICP.
Drive partner-sourced revenue: build pipeline, support deals, run joint go-to-market.
Position MONEI's differentiators: local payment methods (Bizum, Multibanco, MB Way, Bancontact), MONEI Connect, payment orchestration, and Pay By Link.
Build joint marketing plans (webinars, co-branded content, events).
Train partner teams on MONEI's product, value prop, and integration paths (plugins, hosted page, custom checkout, API).
Track partner performance against KPIs and run regular business reviews.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Integrations.
Represent MONEI at partner events, conferences, and ecosystem moments.
What You'll Need
3+ years in partnerships, channel sales, or business development—ideally in payments, fintech, or e-commerce SaaS.
Track record of building partner pipelines and hitting revenue targets.
Comfortable explaining technical integrations (you don't need to code, but you should be able to talk APIs and plugins fluently).
Native or C1 Spanish + B2+ English. Other Southern European languages a plus.
Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
Self-starter—you don't need to be told what to do.
Bonus Points
Existing network in the Spanish e-commerce or SaaS ecosystem.
Experience with PSPs, gateways, or payment plugins.
Familiarity with PRM tools .
