ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a results-driven, client-focused Real Estate Sales Broker to join our Dubai brokerage team. You will be responsible for managing the full sales lifecycle — from lead generation and client consultation through to deal negotiation, documentation, and post-sale follow-up — across both the secondary (resale) market and Dubai's highly active off-plan sector.
This is a commission-driven role suited to ambitious individuals who thrive in a high-performance environment. Whether you are an experienced broker with an established client book or a motivated professional transitioning into property sales, you will be supported with leads, marketing resources, CRM tools, and ongoing RERA-compliant training. The Dubai market is at record transaction volumes and there has never been a better time to be a property professional in the Emirate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Deal Management
• Manage the end-to-end sales process for residential properties including apartments, villas, townhouses, and off-plan units across Dubai
• Qualify buyer and investor enquiries, understand client requirements, and match them to suitable listings from the company portfolio and MLS
• Conduct professional property viewings, area tours, and developer site visits, presenting properties persuasively and knowledgeably
• Prepare and present comparative market analyses (CMAs) to guide pricing discussions with buyers and sellers
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, managing expectations professionally and protecting both parties' interests
• Coordinate the full transaction process: MOU preparation, NOC applications, DLD registration, mortgage facilitation, and transfer appointments at the Dubai Land Department
Lead Generation & Business Development
• Proactively generate leads through personal networking, social media, referrals, cold outreach, portals (Property Finder, Bayut), and developer relationships
• Build and maintain a personal database of active buyers, investors, and prospective sellers through consistent follow-up and relationship management
• Develop a strong digital presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp to generate inbound enquiries and establish personal brand authority in specific communities or property types
• Attend developer launches, property expos (Cityscape, Arabian Business), and networking events to build market visibility and generate referrals
• Actively seek and convert seller listings, supporting the company's listing inventory and ensuring exclusive agreements where possible
Off-Plan Sales
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market, including key developers (EMAAR, DAMAC, Meraas, Nakheel, Aldar) and their current project portfolios
• Guide clients through off-plan purchasing procedures including payment plan structures, SPA (Sale and Purchase Agreement) terms, and DLD registration
• Maintain strong relationships with developer sales teams to gain early access to project launches, floor plan releases, and reserved inventory
• Advise investor clients on anticipated ROI, handover timelines, and capital appreciation potential based on area data and developer track record
Compliance & Administration
• Operate at all times in full compliance with RERA regulations, DLD requirements, and the company's internal compliance policies
• Ensure all listings are accurately uploaded to portals with verified Trakheesi permit numbers, accurate pricing, and high-quality photography
• Maintain complete and accurate CRM records for all leads, deals, and client interactions
• Ensure all transaction documentation — MOU, Form A/B/I, NOC, transfer documents — is completed accurately and submitted on time
REQUIREMENTS
Essential
• Minimum 1–2 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai or a comparable international market
• Active RERA Broker Card, or proven ability and commitment to obtain one within 60 days of joining
• Strong understanding of the Dubai property market, key communities, pricing trends, and the DLD transaction process
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with HNW clients, international investors, and first-time buyers alike
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient — able to manage long sales cycles and handle rejection constructively
• Proficient in English; Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, Hindi, or French are highly valued given Dubai's investor demographics
• UAE driving licence and own vehicle (or willingness to obtain)
• Comfortable using CRM platforms, WhatsApp Business, and property portals
Preferred
• Established buyer or investor network in the UAE or relevant feeder markets (India, UK, Russia, China, Europe)
• Experience handling off-plan sales and familiarity with major Dubai developer portfolios
• Track record of achieving AED 30M+ in annual sales volume
• Professional qualification in real estate, finance, or business (RICS, CFA, or equivalent advantageous)
COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Brokers earn a percentage split of the 2% buyer-side commission (secondary market) or developer commission (off-plan, typically 3–7%).
Additional incentives include quarterly cash bonuses for top performers, referral fees for listings and buyer introductions, and developer co-brokerage bonuses on off-plan sales. All commission is paid promptly upon cleared funds and deal closure.
