About the Role
We are hiring a Business Development Manager for a fast-growing organization in the IVF and fertility space. The role focuses on driving partnerships, expanding referral networks, and increasing patient inflow across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with gynecologists, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers
- Develop and expand doctor referral networks
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Plan and execute on-ground activities, camps, and awareness programs
- Track leads, conversions, and ensure strong follow-ups
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations) for execution
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in business development / sales
- Background in healthcare, hospitals, IVF, pharma, or diagnostics preferred
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with field work and travel
Preferred Skills
- Experience in doctor engagement / referral marketing
- Exposure to IVF or fertility segment is a plus
- Target-driven with strong ownership mindset
