About the Role

We're looking for an Operations Intern to work closely with our Product and Go-to-Market teams. You'll support market sizing, track ops metrics, write partner documentation, and help map and improve internal processes. This is a high-ownership role with direct exposure to how a fast- growing AI company runs. Strong performers will be fast-tracked to a full-time offer at the end of the internship. Preferred background: Business, Operations Research, or a related field.

What You'll Do

• Support the PM and GTM teams with market sizing analysis and opportunity assessments

• Track, report, and interpret key operations metrics using Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL

• Build dashboards and data visualisations in Tableau or Looker to communicate insights to

stakeholders

• Map existing processes and identify areas for improvement

• Draft Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and partner-facing documentation

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and align on

deliverables

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting

• Basic SQL skills — comfortable writing queries to pull and slice data

• Experience or coursework in process mapping and operations research

• Strong written communication skills; ability to write clear BRDs and documentation

• Comfortable presenting findings and working directly with stakeholders

• Background in Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related field preferred

Bonus Points

• Hands-on experience with Tableau or Looker for data visualisation

• Prior internship experience in operations, consulting, or a product role

• Familiarity with GTM motions or enterprise sales processes

• Exposure to the AI or SaaS industry
