What you’ll do
As CORTO scales, the IT team is the reason everyone else can keep building. You’ll be the first port of call for day-to-day IT support - resolving issues fast, keeping our hardware and access tidy, and making sure new starters are productive from Day 1. The work spans frontline support, asset lifecycle, SaaS admin and onboarding across a modern Microsoft 365, Entra and Intune environment.
You will work closely with the Head of IT and senior technical team members, helping triage operational requests and ensuring routine IT processes are completed accurately and consistently.
This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their IT career who wants exposure to modern cloud IT operations, endpoint management, automation and a high-performing technology environment.
To make this happen you will
- Be the first point of contact for IT support requests across the business, triaging tickets in Jira Service Management and resolving Level 1 issues directly
- Own the device lifecycle - prep, assignment, return, wipe, reassignment and responsible disposal of laptops and peripherals
- Keep IT asset and expense records accurate and auditable, including invoices, device assignments and warranty status
- Contribute to onboarding sessions for new starters - prep their hardware, confirm access and get them productive on Day 1
- Support offboarding by recovering equipment, confirming account status and closing out hardware checklists
- Assist with provisioning across Microsoft 365, Teams and core business systems under the IT team’s guidance
- Review SaaS licence allocations and flag unused or misassigned licences
- Improve internal documentation, checklists and knowledge base articles as recurring issues surface
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT with clear technical notes, so they land on the right desk first time
What you’ll bring
- Around 6 - 18 months in IT support, helpdesk, desktop support or technical asset management - strong entry-level candidates with relevant study, certifications or internships also welcome
- Comfort working in Microsoft 365 and Teams, including user account support in a corporate environment
- Hands-on familiarity with Windows laptops and MacBooks – basic troubleshooting, setup, formatting and reset
- A working understanding of networking essentials – Wi-Fi, VPNs, IP addresses and common connectivity issues
- Experience with a ticketing system; Jira Service Management is a plus
- The discipline to follow technical procedures carefully and ask for help when an issue needs escalation
- Customer-focused: you understand that every IT issue affects someone’s ability to do their work and you communicate clearly and respectfully
Even better if you have
- Previous exposure to Jira Service Management, Confluence or similar ITSM and documentation tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot and Apple Business Manager (ABM) for device enrolment and management.
- Basic experience with SaaS administration, licence management or IT asset registers.
- Interest in automation, cloud operations, endpoint management or security best practices.
