Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
• Support the onboarding process, including documentation and orientation preparations.
• Help maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Assist with organizing training sessions and company events.
• Participate in basic payroll and attendance tracking activities.
• Contribute to creating HR communications and announcements.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in gaining practical HR experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
