The Copthorne Hotel Newcastle are looking for a Casual Receptionist.  As our Casual Receptionist, you are the first and last person our guests see, so we are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to deliver exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out and throughout the guest journey.

As a Casual Receptionist, you will have exceptional people skills, be comfortable with standard PC systems and have a passion for helping people.

Casual Receptionist will have:

  • An excellent interpersonal skill and able to connect with others.
  • Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude.
  • Who possesses a good command of English and has excellent communication skills.
  • With previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist , preferably or a positive attitude and passion to learn.
  • Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences with a friendly disposition to smile.
  • Ability to work on a rota basis, including weekend work. Typical shifts are 07:00-15:30 or 14:30-23:00, as the business requires.
